ER-Lite is built on the pyridine of "One Window" management in which Admins can view the entire ticket sales operations from one place. Here Admin can view the status of sales, plus those on the waiting list. By clicking into any of the numeric status boxes, Admin can see all the patrons in that list, email one, many or all on the list. From that same window Admin and transfer the ticket to another show or event, an cancel it and the system will automatically adjust all the counts.

A festival is the top organizational component, with events part of the festival and tickets part of events. Admins can create the event and tickets in the same window. Once the Festival is created, Events can be created as part of that festival, this allows for the flexibility in displaying the events in the Store as well as data sharing.

Making use of the "One Window" control feature, the Admin may email one, many or all the patrons in the list. Once selected, Admin is presented with the Email Template window. Here Admin can select from numerous email message templates, use the template as presented or edit the message. Admin may elect to save the changed template under the orginal name or save it as under a new name for later use. An additional feature of the email system is bulk addressees are converted into individually addressed emails.

The Store is designed to handle individual tickets, package tickets, and multiple priced tickets for the same event. Tickets can be presented by venue, price or by any category of choice. Once patrons selects an event they are presented with an image or description or both, plus all the tickets available for the event.
If the ticket is sold out, Admin has the option to set the ticket to offer going on a waitlist.
Admin may then manage the Waitlist to offer a ticket for sale.

Tickets are easily created, allowing Admin to set the price, inventory and if desired, the maximum number of tickets available for one purpose - which is especially useful in limited seating events.
(A) Tickets can also be designated for private sale. These tickets can then be made available is a private Store for selected patrons. (B) Tickets can also be designated as Donations, which can be beneficial for positioning the "Donation ticket" for sale and accounting. (C) The ticket can be set as Complimentary. When so designated, only the Admin can see the ticket in the Store
