With quick setup and complete visibility across event ticketing processes like ticket creation, sales, transfers, refunds, and inventory tracking, ER-Lite eliminates the guesswork in your ticket sales system.
About EventRoadster
One Window Management
ER-Lite is built on the pyridine of 'One Window' management, empowering Admins to oversee the entire event ticketing process from a single dashboard. Here, Admins can monitor the status of ticket sales as well as those on the waiting list. By clicking into any of the numeric status boxes, Admins can view all patrons listed, and easily email one, several, or all individuals on the list. From that same window, Admins can transfer tickets to another show or event, or cancel them, with the ticket sales system automatically adjusting all counts.
Events
A festival serves as the primary organizational component, with events being integral parts of the festival and tickets handled through the event ticketing system. Admins can easily create both events and tickets within the same window using our event management software. Once the festival is established, events can be crafted as part of that festival, offering flexibility in showcasing the events in the Store and facilitating data sharing for efficient ticket sales.
With the event management software's 'One Window' control feature, the Admin can email one, multiple, or all patrons from the list. Once selections are made, the Admin is presented with the Email Template window. Here, they can choose from various email message templates related to event ticketing, use them as they are, or edit the messages as needed. The Admin can decide to save the modified template under the original name or create a new name for future use. An additional advantage of this email system is that bulk addressees are converted into individually addressed emails, enhancing the efficiency of the ticket sales system.
Store
The Store is designed to facilitate event management software that handles individual tickets, package tickets, and multiple priced tickets for the same event. With this event ticketing system, tickets can be sorted by venue, price, or any selected category. Once patrons choose an event, they are presented with an image, description, or both, along with all the available tickets for that event.
If a ticket sells out, the Admin has the option to set it for a waitlist offer within the ticket sales system.
Admin can then manage the waitlist to provide an opportunity for tickets to be offered for sale.
Tickets
Tickets are easily created within our event management software, allowing Admin to set the price, inventory, and the maximum number of tickets available for a specific purpose—this feature is especially useful in limited seating events. (A) Tickets can also be designated for private sale, making them accessible in a private Store for selected patrons using the ticket sales system. (B) Additionally, tickets can be marked as Donations, which helps in marketing the 'Donation ticket' for sale and accounting purposes. (C) Lastly, tickets can be set as Complimentary; when designated this way, only the Admin can view the ticket in the Store.
